Why do people keep forgetting the actions of this racist paedophile that has done things related to bestiality?

Let’s talk Shane Dawson, if you don’t know about this guy then I must ask, do you live under Patricks rock in bikini bottom? Because that’s the only way how you wouldn’t have heard about this creep.
You can’t use the excuse of him being a social media influencer either because the Smith family made sure to have this hit the mainstream media. Yeah, I don’t think Shane’s getting out of this one.
Before we get into the conversation as to why Shane Dawson’s career took a massive trip down under, I’ll first explain who he is, or was in this case.
Shane was most known for his documentaries on YouTube. He took problematic influencers and did a deep dive into the reality of who they are, completely changed their image within the public eye.
For a short period of time, he did hop into the beauty community on YouTube, where he did collaborations with beauty gurus such as Jeffery Star.
Not to mention the repeat number of times he calls himself an empath, someone who cares and wants to help people. Get to the bottom of this article before you question what’s wrong with this statement.
Now that we’ve had this short introduction, let’s talk about the recent actions of Shane. Currently he has deleted over a billion worth of views from his channel, because of his recent controversies.
In order to really understand how this all began you’d have to of been around when, what people like to call dramageddon 2 (don’t even ask what the first one was about), occurred back in 2018 with James Charles and Tati Westbrook.
Long story short, Tati made a video insinuating James Charles was a predator causing James to lose millions of subscribers. However, a few months later these allegations were proven to be false when James released proof onto his YouTube channel.
Because Shane and Jeffery Star profited a lot off the fall of James Charles, many people started speculating that he may have played a part in the situation. Considering James Charles showcased a text from Jeffery that said Shane was a member who contributed to the release of Tati’s video.
Later this year, 2020, after the heat of Dramageddon 2 died down, Shane decided to post on twitter a statement titled ‘my final thoughts on the beauty word,’ as shown below:
Personally, I have no idea why Shane decided to post this book onto twitter, but that’s just my opinion. Allow me to spare you from the pain of having to read all of that.
Within the message Shane explains how successful his makeup collab with Jeffery star became and then he brings up Tati’s video from dramageddon 2.
Now you’re probably wondering why he would resurface a topic which the internet has already forgotten about, don’t worry I ask myself that same question to.
He states he will now be leaving the beauty community because of its toxic environment and denies the rumours that he had any participation in Tati’s video. He also takes it upon himself to hate on James Charles when he says, “he was a young egocentric power hungry guru who needed to be served a slice of humble pie.”
Shane received major backlash for this tweet, mainly because James was only 19 and the time Tati, Shane and Jefferey were in thier 30s. Not to mention Shane has done greater controversial stuff when he was 19.
Now I know you must be wondering what kind of actions Shane has participated in within his past. The results will leave you wondering why he ever labelled himself as an empath in the first place.
Later, Shane deleted all of his past tweets and stated that he doesn’t want that kind of energy in his life and was done with twitter.
Despite the fact that Shane tried to remove himself from the spotlight, that he caused in the first place, many people decided to take a deep dive into Shanes past. Trust me you’ll need to sit down for this one.
He participated in Black face which he likes to describe as ‘edgy humour.’ However, it was more relatable to what was known as a Minstrel show, where the stereotypes of black people were created into a joke.
He also had content where he was sexually harassing animals and stating on various occasions that he wanted to have sex with his pets. Not to mention the many videos of him making out with his dog.
Shane also uploaded inappropriate conversations with minors. Now I believe you can understand why he removed so many videos from his channel.
To top it all off a video of Shane doing a sexual action to a poster of Willow Smith, who at the time was only 11 years old, began to surface around social media.

It wasn’t long before the Smith family spoke out about their disgust towards his actions, this caused media outlets to get a hold of his drama and make it mainstream.
Sadly, there is way too much to be able to list all of Shanes mishaps here. However, I will link Dangelo Wallace’s video, because in my opinion he does the most detailed description on the downfall of Shane Dawson.
Tati then released a video titled ‘Breaking my silence,’ where she states allegations suggesting Shane and Jeffery Star did manipulate her into making the video within dramageddon 2, because they were jealous of James Charles.
As a response Shane began livestreaming his reaction to Tati’s video, where he starts calling her manipulative for speaking about her sexual abuse, and then proceeds to bring up his own abuse instead.
Since this video was live in present time, Shane was no longer able to hide behind the idea of him being an ‘empath,’ because his viewers have finally been able to see his true colours.
Honestly, this entire situation could have been avoided if Shane didn’t bring up the past situation that happened over a year ago.
But he decided to make a statement against James Charles and challenge the idea that he had any participation in the making of Tati’s first video.
Now he will have to live in the embarrassment of his disgusting past actions that will be stuck on the internet forever.
